Investigating

We are currently investigating a login issue impacting the FieldEdge Early Adopter (EA) Environment. A small subset of users have reported being unable to access the platform. Production services outside of the EA environment remain operational with no broader customer impact identified.

The team has isolated the issue to a subset of databases and has successfully completed remediation on one affected database. Recovery activities are now being executed across the remaining impacted databases.
